I've made in August 2014 due to the (incomprehensible to me) good reviews the mistake to buy this chair castors.

They also fit as specified. The function was already unsatisfactory, as they did not run correctly from the beginning. So that I could still live.

One of the rollers in use downright broken "under the butt" - but I do not this morning - so after just 6 months of use. I landed backwards on the wall, which cut elegantly down the fall at least.
The recently carried out call to the hotline number of the supplier was then the coronation: "That could not be yes I do that everything had better writing, and send photos and then we'll decide how the procedure continues.."

Here substandard goods will be placed on the market, and in case of damage, the rescission is then also expected and more difficult for the customer!

I hope that it is at least as what Amazon is interested so check your site for sale!
