After two days of intensive testing, I love this stylus. I researched a fine-tipped stylus for Ipad similar to what exists on the tablet surface or the Galaxy Note, much more suited to writing than traditional pens with foam tip. After investigation, my choice finally settled on this stylus Adonit Jot Script (tested here: ww.youtube.com/watch?v=RWbAqtNdK5w). The result is convincing. This active pen uses one AAA battery type. The first battery is included and I think use rechargeable batteries thereafter. The stylus works kindled and then behaves like a traditional passive pen used elsewhere on other OS (tested with windows phone). The connection via Bluetooth with the iPad (for those who have the Bluetooth 4 only) allows you to benefit from increased accuracy and compatible programs of additional functions such as the ability to write with the hand on the screen. Although a bit thicker than a pen or felt pen that gives the feeling of writing with a real pen, so that the tip is made of a resin that looks almost like metal. The stylus slides perfectly on the screen, the better in my experience with the Galaxy Note stylus, and obviously does not damage the entire screen. The stylus is especially designed for writing. It allows as any stylus to occasionally drawing but the buyer who intends it primarily for this purpose should take into account certain restrictions: it does not allow to draw with a very inclined angle (I would say less than 45 °) , low speed (only) the lines resemble sine curves and unlike other active stylus does not provide access to pressure levels. Ultimately, with such a tool, we began to dream that Apple adjusts its OS for use of the stylus (handwriting recognition especially).
