I bought the bag on April 1, 2014. Now the lock was broken as early as 6 1/2 months. I had bought the bag at the company Bags & More. This case falls under normal wear and tear, we can not be as warranty case. If this were to happen in the first few weeks, it would be clear but after more than 6 months and no longer. Regards Team Bags & More, The answer is in my view an insult. With such a high-quality bag so must not already break a metal fastener in normal use.
