The cereal has a nice chocolate flavor that is not too intrusive. A banana flavor is fine to taste. The taste of the banana is perceived more as a subtle for me. But the banana flavor dominates not know what is really very pleasant.
I like chocolate / cocoa and banana and so I thought, I'll buy the product times.
The preparation is very simple. Just add water or milk to warm, add desired amount of powder and stir. Let stand a few minutes, so that it can swell a little and stir afterwards. Then you have your porridge here.
Now, however, to say that it is here actually not a mush, but more is the consistency of oatmeal or porridge. But now that are saying here: oatmeal porridge is yet. Yes, I say there. Only in porridge one can also expect a slightly creamier consistency, which is not the case here. At least not the way I prepare it.
I prepare it actually to normal cow's milk. For this I take about 400ml and about 8 tbsp. Of the mixture. That is about 100g (+ -). For me, this gives the perfect consistency and a super sick-making breakfast.
What I find very good is that no additional sugar is included. This is the product of naturally sweet and for me, the nibbles happy times, the sweetness is also sufficient (does not always have as much sugar so have).
Among the ingredients I better not say anything further, but speak the set of Amazon images.
Finally, the price. In health food store I paid 5.49 for a pack. At Amazon, there are currently 2 packs of 9,98. Can not complain though.
Conclusion: If you want a delicious healthy breakfast, this is the place. It is also warm a pleasure. It fills you up and tastes delicious. What more do you want? A healthy food for children and adults. And in between a delicious healthy meal.
