Something bigger, firmer ginger pieces without tough fibers, very nice.

For my taste, the right sweet and really sharp !!
In contrast to the also offered by the seller mild ginger pieces, which I find to unaromatisch and way too sweet.
Fortunately they are here without extra sugar shell, but it's just crystallized ginger.

Great ginger. Nice spicy in the mouth, but not so that it burns. Lecker. :-)
