Delivery disproportionate costs 1

the pencil is fine, no quality problem, but for a pencil at 11 there is a delivery charge of 8, instead of turning on the padded envelope, I had a normal felt-tip pen in a carton 10x15x20 8 euros ,,, So, I thought the delivery charges were justified, but when I saw that there was only ,,,,, simple little felt in a big package with so full of ,,,, paper to stuff I found here a little abused ,,,,
