I use up my knee osteoarthritis and for the prevention of osteoarthritis in the ankle by a fraction solved daily 3x 10g in water. At the last check of my ankle is almost completely destroyed by the accident in 2009 cartilage had almost completely regenerated, which is also the Doc astonished. Solubility and taste
Hydrolyzate is in contrast to a simple gelatin readily soluble in water, I prepare it in a shake cup for shakes and sometimes out of laziness just in my water bottle for sport. I have also given 2 scoops (10g) hydrolyzate in water - usually 300-700 ml and shake it through well. In the bottle I have to shake for a while until it is lump free.
