Since this is the first time that I eat century egg, I can obviously bad comparisons.
The eggshell is in the picture with grayish green spots.
The egg white is black, dark green yolk.
The Kosistenz is not so far removed from normal, hard-boiled eggs.
For me personally, they came from something outside "leathery" to bite worse.
The egg yolk is something creamy.
