Delivery? it logs the customs? - Offer price is incorrect

SD Kart gem. Ordered supply and waited. Then eventually a release from customs, waiting arrived - What? had not ordered the customs !.
At the customs the card, I was then delivered and I had nachbezahlen 19% VAT !!!
Buyer is was, however, pointed to such things at all.
Offer Price was good and he was also incl. VAT expelled. They had forgotten that probably the VAT in Switzerland was meant. However, the amounts to no 19%.
I Reechne together traveling expenses, 1.5 hours time and the nachgezahlte MWSTZ, I would probably get different where two cards.
Here I will certainly buy anything.
