More than a week between my order on Amazon and his departure from Germany (one wonders what they do during that time ...), but after arrival, no worries: - No broken cups (even if each were individually wrapped in paper, and 4 also buried in the paper - just like a little protection anyway) - Beautiful design (the glass is not so thick and thin it joins). What class anyway! They go perfectly with my Senseo Quadrante.
