A wonderfully clearly structured book that is well thought out from start to finish. Worked for each of the sport is a simple and fast-understand system that leaves almost no questions unanswered. The dedicated US is not quite adequate for manual therapists, and in these parts also in the description of the US somewhat superficial. But still 5 star for all the work to create a coherent system that physiotherapy and basic training matches.
