Things you could find in advance easily, are partly no longer at their usual place. A password change for example can no longer make the UAC you. I only had to look on Google! On the other hand, I would have but can also use the new feature of Windows 8, with which you can easily find settings (already well programs or as before). You drive right off the screen, goes into the Charms bar, click "Search" and then "Password". Also we find the login options.
But is also striking that the system is running significantly faster than previous versions. I shut down Windows 8 within 15 seconds on the desktop and can the PC within 5 seconds. For this I must also say that I have not even installed an SSD hard drive. My PC runs completely on SATA.
In my opinion, Windows 8.1 would also be able to get five stars, but the design change is partly really pointless and costs just time. Therefore, from my four star. I would recommend Windows 8.1 Nevertheless, because only the price-performance ratio here is worth buying more than Windows. 7
