Main problem was that you only get very bad plucked with wet hands towels. The resistance is too large so that the wipes tear. Although we use quality paper and even experimented with different varieties here. After we had another dispenser from Tork, we noticed that there the towels are easily extractable. Which I have come technically on track: Most donors have a tilted bottom floor so that the towels are at an angle and so the pressure conditions are optimized for the lowest cloth. When Blomus Nexus, however, the towels are horizontal, so is too much pressure on the bottom cloth. Even with half-filled dispenser, there is a problem.
Here was therefore paid only on design, but not in good technical properties. Unacceptable at this price. Besides, what good is the best donor, if he makes a day for frustration?
