Pluses collects it mainly because of its appealing design and simple facilities with no frills.
Unfortunately this product is an excellent example of the frequent discrepancy of design in Europe and the implementation in the Far East.
The shortcomings of the three specimens were all of a technical nature.
- The first phone rustled, unless you phoned in close proximity to the base station.
- The base station of the second delivery was entirely faulty. (Handset could not charge and found the base station does not)
- The third copy was finally loading on the base station apparently groundless disturbing whistling and beeping noises.
Moreover, the processing of the handset looks a little sloppy. The plastic is trimmed although stable but insufficient. While this does not abort the function, but emphasizes the suspicion of cheapest possible production.
To conclude that the manufacturer is the Swiss quality image does not do justice here. When designing Swissvoice has indeed done a good job, however, made it to naught by the cheapest possible production of the product.
