Pro:
.) The interlocutor understands an increasingly well (Microphon good)
.) Flexible Microphone

Cons:
.) Has constantly interrupts (seems a Bluetooth to his problem on the side of the headset)
.) From time to time breaks Bluetooth completely gone though the headset is still turned on, and you wonder which one no longer hears the interlocutor
.) The bracket is caught if one does not have a short hair or bald always in your hair ()
.) The charging cable of the headset has a USB connector but though on side of the headset, it does not have a standard USB connector
.), The multifunction keys Using the headset is not really intuitive
.) Processing / appearance cheap

All in all, I am anything but really happy,
