For many years I am with Kasp. satisfied. But Version 2014 is not for me to use. The program crashes when starting from just; and if not, die my browser. I'm not a beginner, have installed according to instructions ... Now I have predecessors in 2013 reinstalled and it runs fine.
In short, I do not have the time and patience to look far for online tips or to wait for the support. Have just googled briefly and saw that obviously a large number of users have problems with 2014. 2014 looks like a fast lanky greenhouse software that dies when it is exposed to the real weather.
We can only hope that these s. Kaspersky is not the beginning of the end, because so far was the Kasp. Virus protection for me one of the best. The times should googling and very quickly respond to user problems, because the competition is tough.
