This cover provides a degree of protection for the vulnerable edges of the SoundLink speaker III. It also adds virtually no weight or bulk to the speaker. That can not be covered, the aluminum lattice would probably be all clear, but I would have wished that there is this to buy the transport bags, as it is in some Bose products of all.
