I unpacked the keyboard and thought to myself what a chunk! That is not to be misunderstood, because I think it's great when something has a weight, otherwise totally feels cheap. The keyboard is super processed and is very sturdy. The cable, which is quite rigid, is encased and can thus protect them from sharp glass edges. It is also acceptable, which brings with it the advantage that with a defective cable is not the whole keyboard is unusable, but you can easily replace it with a new one.
A PS2 adapter included, which provides an 8-fold signal transmission. When I wrote the first time on the keyboard, I was both surprised and excited because I have never before written to a mechanical keyboard. But it's a really great feeling with the clicky keys to write. The individual keys have a pleasant contact surface! I also think that both without and with the feet rubber feet are attached and then the keyboard when folded feet can not slip. Many keyboards of other brands this is not the case. So if you shake on the keyboard, not the keyboard slips away, but it wobbles at the desk.
I had with macro keys previously no experience and am therefore very pleased that the assignment is kept as simple. 300 characters can be assigned to each all eight macros, which I think is a great achievement, but I do not know how it is in other keyboards. That the macro keys are located above the keyboard, in my opinion, is to make more sense as you can so it lay in playing the finger next to each other and can not press a button when they are arranged among themselves. I'm not disappointed that no software is included in delivery as it goes so much faster and easier on the hand, even if can be a software program some additional settings.
Also a tutorial is not supplied, but can you easily download at perixx.de as PDF file. It has been said, if you want to download the instructions for the PX-5200, you only get the direction of someone else keyboard, but the fault is rectified. A note to Perixx enough!
The only drawback, which has the keyboard, is the brightness that appears too much in the dark! Unless you have a monitor frontal standing before him, which is about as bright as the keyboard, then the lighting is no longer bother. The keyboard has four modes: Once you can illuminate the entire keyboard, only the WASD keys, only the arrow keys or completely out! With a software you would normally be able to decide which keys you want to have lighted, and it can be adapted to suit his game.
As usual with a gaming keyboard, there are also here a gaming key which disables the Windows key and the two can not be kicked accidentally from a game like this. A USB port is not appropriate, I find this but also extremely useless on a keyboard, since it looks just plain ugly cables or sticks on the keyboard to infect.
Unfortunately, the lighting my Caps Lock key is faulty, but I think this was an isolated incident!
On the whole, I am, apart from the lighting, which for some maybe even does not matter, and in my case, not very satisfied, because the keyboard can convince both in terms of quality, as well as in its functionality!

Addendum: The Caps Lock key is not broken was only because of Win10 that was there but not supported in Win 7 goes back everything! So all good! :)
