- At me: I'm still under 30, but was due to exaggerated sports in summer knee problems, the first doctor thought I had a cartilage damage (stop-and-go sports ala Squash / Tennis / Speedminton are murder on your knees!) and might never walk without pain again go etc
a second doctor said it was only muscular problems and inflammation, then habs with physiotherapy (using the disc for strengthening muscles and sense of balance and various muscle Stärkungs & stretching exercises) wegbekommen and am now pain free :)
- Exercises on: Crane, standing on one leg - exacerbating rich with ball around the body or from hand to hand throwing etc
WE RECOMMEND! :) Also for fun, strengthens muscles and a good sense of balance is anyway always beneficial
