So a case for a complaint - unfortunately the 30-day deadline at Amazon was almost expired and so I tried my "luck" on the manufacturing side.

Here, I came across several obstacles or error messages on the page. First, I read out the FAQs that one should submit a complaint form (PDF) by e-mail. However, this PDF file could not be downloaded because this exists on the server is simply no longer (Error 404).

After some research I found an online form which I filled with the required information (including the unit designation card, serial number, description of the defect). When you click on the "Send" button then the next disillusionment. "Error 500", the form could not be sent. Also, a repetition of the procedure led to the same result. Moreover, the error page containing predominantly upmarket Chinese characters. And since my Mandarin is a little rusty, I could not decipher the important additional information perhaps ...

After half an hour of unsuccessful studying Transcend website I decided to leave the settlement of the claim rather Amazon. Therefore, I am currently disappointed both by product and by the support of the manufacturer. My next memory cards will be back from Sandisk.
