Product incontrolable

I put a star because you can not put zero.
I ordered this product suite has a previous purchase a tape has led rgb remote controlled 5 meter that works without problems.
this tape has led to 2 meters remote rgb react well prepared has little with the remote control supplied but also react much better with the telecomande my TV, my tv decoder and my home theater amp.
thereby the tape has led changes color and function from that I uses a multimedia device.
pir is that I installed the ribbon on the back of my TV.
do not buy this product if you owned a PLUSIEUR telecomande or in the same room.
I am extremely disappointed
