Top performance, quality Flop?

Many complain about whistling coils (across the range of all manufacturers!) Or via the sham with the specifications - partly justifiably. The "excessive" data relating to the processing units, the RAM etc. are already the hammer, but diminish in any way the performance of the card. Built with me card performs clean their service - with no noticeable whistling and with almost inaudible fans. Even maximum settings in HD resolution not bring the card into a sweat.

For a friend I should it obstruct the same card back and this was twice return - pipes of the coil already in Windows Performance Test. In Guild Wars 2 the fun then the product of AMD competition ceased altogether ... As a substitute then installed ... ALSO a clearly audible whistling of the coils. We then come to the conclusion that the pipes of the coil is only partly due to the card itself, as well as a too small geratenes power supply with too low (or unclean) output on the graphics card power supply.
