Extremely favorable (not cheap) Notebook for office work

Client is looking for a new budget laptop.
The following tasks should dominate: Internet surfing, word processing, email, Skype (Webcam + Micro)
The Internet connection should be established via WLAN. That was about it.

That may be all very well.

Due to the extreme! slow processor you have, however, a little more patience on the day set as usual in completing the installation. Windows 8.1 was already installed, but was not up to date. Bloatware exceptionally little installed.
So Windows updates, antivirus software (ESET NOD32) + Apache OpenOffice installed - ready. But this min. 3-4h maturity schedule.

The rigor has come mainly in the CPU and the operating system (Win 8.1 with Bing) for supporting.
HDD is large genung, DVD burner is available, the display is OK nevertheless it reflects, keys, and ports are usually also the usual limits available.

Deductions I can not do, since the only weak point (CPU + glare display) was known in advance.
