After many painful experiences in the mountains above 3500hm with bruises and bleeding deep wounds due to bubbles with highly praised models from different manufacturers (La Sportiva, Hanwag, Scarpa) I am after my first high tour with this shoe completely satisfied! I have the shoe before about 2 hours long "entered" and then immediately take him to the 2-day High-level tour, when the Grossglockner long passages were to cope with not only crampons on the glacier, but because of icing in the rock. My feet I have previously taped prophylactically on heel with Sporttape. Result: no blisters, no pressure points! A super lightweight shoe that gives a good grip even in the rock and perfectly adequate for my (unfortunately far too rare) trips into the high mountains. One size it larger than usual, was just right for my feet.
