Use the ceiling mount for my heavy punching bag in the basement. Indestructible Combined with heavy-duty dowels. The supplied mounting screws are unfortunately canceled when screwed into the concrete floor.
But overall 4 stars because the holder is good. Was with me by the way notice any rust, as it should be probably happened to other people.
