after a first device that had display problems I received a replacement from the very day after my exchange request (SAV amazon more than efficient and impeccable telephone contact ... thank you!). Quick and easy to use computer (actually 8.1 is not so bad :)), the touch side is a "gadget" nice, but not too used to the extent that I do not really become accustomed . ;; this device fits very well to my needs (internet, photo management and office and movie playback) ... Would recommend.
