This USB Wireless Adapter with Antenna brought a significant improvement in signal to -57dBm - now come on the computer 20 MBit to, so that from what the notebook internal wireless unit was possible almost 28-fold.
Because I wanted to see if I can get even more, I made me the 0-Euro-directional antenna from Heise, and attached to the wireless router:

Thus, the output rose again slightly to -49dBm - so I now reach 29 Mbps, almost the full range of cable Germany. While that is still a far cry from the 300 Mbps which are theoretically possible, for my purposes, it is sufficient, however.
But now to the product itself:
Was included in the package in addition to the USB flash drive, which seems processed something cheap (after removing the USB protective flap came little KunststoffspƤhne towards me, the material is extremely cheap), a CD, a small antenna of the cheaper offer here at Amazon ( ), as well as the large antenna in which there is a TP-Link TL-ANT2408C indoor desktop omni-directional antenna, available at Amazon individually here.
When installing on Windows 7 64bit went smoothly.
I am very pleased overall - so 5 stars.
