Wii Motion Plus built in a Wiimote. The remote control is compatible with all games that require the Wii Motion Plus, but it is the exact size of a Wiimote. So ended the finger gymnastics to achieve the 1 or 2 buttons when holding horizontally a Wiimote with Wii Motion Plus.
Level quality, I did not notice any peculiarity. More Wii seems as solid and reliable as a Wiimote. In fact, it fails to distinguish the use of a simple Wiimote. I am very happy.
