I ordered an adapter about 2 months ago and wrote a recession to a few days ago.
Due to the poor functionality of the adapter much my vote accordingly bad. 4 days ago the customer service of Wicked Chill (manufacturer) has reported on my recession. They offered me a replacement unit with revised functionality of USB 3.0 as a replacement. Surprised I have accepted the offer and give my order via e-mail. Then I yesterday already had the adapter in my mailbox. It was even enclosed a stamped return envelope for the old adapter. I was very impressed! Anyway, I have tried the same, the new product and it loads perfectly.
Conclusion:
Product is good - is good company.
This customer service I will prefer in the future for products of this kind Wicked Chill.
