The adapter has a Atheros from an Acer Aspire 7740 replaced me. Built, downloaded driver, installed and already come to 120mbit from the line by. Otherwise no problems with Bluetooth or trickery with scotch tape. Under Win 7 64bit everything functional. For me, at any time gladly again.
