In the ordered 10-pack only one pin was there where the soft round ball head is very flat and thus harder - but you can use it anyway. The pins are suitable for all kinds of devices, I use it on the iPad and also on the smartphone. The price of the 10 pins is unbeatable - and should even go one broken, one has enough spare. Through the clip you have the pen and when required can be immediately accessed - on the move. Worn I have not a single pin, but I also use it not daily. I would buy this product again anyway. And the 10-Pack has also fast for a good friend a little something as a gift on hand.
