I pull off two stars because the installation was extremely fiddly and the rear fender by design while driving wobbles like a cow's tail. The advantage is, as the name suggests that it is extra long fenders, which retain the mud when it rains and not the throwing up against the shoe or on the rear wheel back. But they are really well suited. In the short and narrow "Sport variant" my old plastic covers the dirt is always splashed back and screwed up my bag on the luggage rack. Because the rear part was dropped as short and before the derailleur, every time the whole broth was completely over the front derailleur and the pedals. The sporty version looks so small from great, but is totally beautiful ... in practice. So I ordered this longboards to remedy this problem, which actually works very well now. This looks for the long-flops no longer so smart casual, but it does the job. The assembly, however, proved to be quite tricky, as the pursuit for fixing the splash guard must be secured with a combination of special nuts and bolts at four places. In my case, I had to cut back even more, that is sawn off with a steel saw the pursuit. This took a while and several curses and insults of the designer until all items were properly placed, aligned and fixed. I also noted that it is not really suitable for my trekking bike with disc brakes, because the mounting struts collided with the brake cylinders. So I had to bend so that I it came by the struts. Although now everything is correctly mounted, the rear splash guard rattles at every curb, because the whole structure quite sprung for the extra length.
Recommended So for standard wheels maybe ok., But for bikes with disc brakes only partially and some patience and assembly skills are essential. Thus, no "Plug'n Play" version at times quickly replace its old splash. But is a great thing, if you are traveling in all weathers.
