The older E303 model has HiLink what really is very good and works great.
Here the E3131 I had opposed any descriptions suddenly the old Mobile Partner Program and it was very puzzled. This could be change even through an update to HiLink.
In addition, the rate was (with the same SIM card) compared to the E303 by about 20% slower and the Ping felt to minutes slower. In short, the thing works with DREI.at as a tethered cow.
I'm not a PC novice and had 5 Umts modem in use (E220, E169, E303, E3131, E3372) and can report from experience.
It may be that but I the only existing in the world with E3131 Mobile Partner Software got my bottom line is if you even so one should get careful because it really is slower than its predecessor.
