Nobody responds to two claims filed. Items conform to the description except for a neglected to pack a disastrous arriving: 2 ordered tactile rods being fragile went out of their way. They are therefore unusable and replace but nobody seems to oblige. I recommend rather G4GADGET for their valuable service.
