We run our company in five of these phones via UP0 on a Auerswald 5020. stability and voice quality are excellent, the system integration with the system perfectly (eg voicemail control via touch screen, BLF, team key, ...). The operation of the phone was a bit of getting used to for some colleagues. Some functions can only be accessed via touch screen, others with the keys, some with keys, and are in touch "buttons" Do not be seen directly as such (Example: Deleting an entry in the caller list is a small x icon in the top left, the arrows in the dial illustration rather as "missed call" looks). Part of the space is also presented on the screen in my opinion a bit and you have to select functions by scrolling, which would have actually found directly place. But in sum: No problem at all, and also short-sighted people are expected with the large font have no problems. The LEDs in the buttons could be a bit brighter in sunlight, but are perfectly fine. It should also be noted that the touchscreen works resistive - wipe is not in it, just press. Positive at these two points is the low energy consumption; there is no power supply needed, the supply voltage of the system is enough. The configuration of the phones can be carried out via PC software. It is clearly designed and works well, whether via USB direct connection or LAN (only via PBX as an intermediary, the phone does not have a LAN port). Even with the TAPI driver, there have been no problems, however, we use it so far only for dialing. In sum: recommended as a terminal for Auerswald systems without restriction.
Oh yes: The software 1.2b there is a small error in synchronization with the PBX phone book, an entry is always without a phone number. The problem we have reported Auerswald, and in just over a week without any denial, we had a patch in the mailbox. I call that real peaks support!
Update: The latest official software version now has the problem also no longer occur.
