The noodles are very soft and a little bit thicker than other ramen noodles - like even better to me. The soup is very sharpish and dehydrated Kimchi tastes in the soup well. The taste is slightly sour.
At this time is my second box of 20 and is also low. Bottom line: A highly recommended ramen!
