Poor preformanc-Carelessly made by Seagate

After a year in testing, am very eintauscht Poor performance because it is slow in the price range ok but a reset to factory setting is not possible.
Convince. Very awkward to use. Poor support. No update of the software. No good app.
Carelessly made by Seagate .The disks are good.
A reset to factory settings with the factory default exe. (Software) is not even where the statement is followed exactly.
Now the problem is due to an error is a reset to factory setting is not
possible.
Will buy another NAS server me.
Too bad that Seagate has no interest to gestallten your products user-friendly.
That's why 2 points because of the hard disks
