Fits! And helps somewhat to dust in housing.

I have bought this Soft Cover for Lumia 920 my, as I am one of the unlucky ones, which penetrates through a narrow gap above the display dust into the case, and I had hoped that this protective sleeve would cover the gap. She does reasonably. This could perhaps help others "unlucky".

Otherwise, the cover fits like a glove. The openings for the buttons and the camera are exactly where they belong. Just to the headphone jack, a USB port and speaker and microphone openings you can still see that my Lumia 920 is actually yellow. Thus the shell is good also for adapting the housing color of accent color of the tiles. :-)
