After ten use the withdrawal system (a cloth tape), it has taken off from the inside of the case ... and seen where it should be (the bottom), hard to pick !!
If that famous tape had 7 cm longer, it could have been sewn into the lining of the case which ... priori it is excellent ... a shame!
Repair: I used a longer tape is stuck to the flap! Now, to get his phone, my wife pulled the tape with one hand while the other compresses the other end stuck ... and voila
