At the beginning, I have a Yamaha RX-671 AV receiver and to the komlpette Canton Chrono series. The front consists of two Canton Chrono 509 DC.
This method of the AV receiver were connected in Bi- Amp and have so far always been fun.
There is a very long time this debate if a speaker cable makes a difference or not.
To date, a Oehlbach 2,5 mm² Silver cable and AIV was connected 2,5mm² copper cable and I thought simply that I want to take the risk to me to take a picture yourself.
I spent a long time with the Oehlbach Twin Mix cable speculated that it comes into play, until I found this from Hivilux.
At first I was very skeptical since these manufacturers yes rather manufactures screens and so far there is no recession for this product.
Nothing ventured nothing win, I thought to myself and two pack wegem bi-amping of the cable ordered directly from the dealer and paid for by Amazon.
The delivery was very quick with two business days. So open the package and you looked at me the cables through the packaging.
The cable makes for me a very high-quality impression, only it's a little what Starr no longer bothers me.
First of a few songs with the old cable belongs and then connected and the new lo and behold, the sound is much more precise, three-dimensional and detailed.
I for one can lay any cable wirlich his heart who wants to get even more out of its investment. The AHA effect was aufjedenfall there with me.
Price performance absolutely top!
Edit: Have now a Marantz Sr 6008 in my possession and have this operated until 20.02.2014 with the Hivilux cable. Lately, I had in mind but with the cross-section of 1,3mm². Now I have. In an electronics store for the bi-amp mode, a normal OFC copper cable with 2.5 mm² for the highs and mids and each 4,00mm² for the bass section and bought to Dynavox banana plugs I was surprised how much more detailed and dynamic the sound is. My new recommendation: Buy yourself a normal quality copper cables plus Bananenstcker! Has cost me almost 65 euros and am very satisfied.
