For my first 3 year old normal ABUS lock I was looking for an adequate oil. Usual spray oil like WD40 turned out here as a lock needs a non-greasy oil, or a not so viscous oil. Looking after I came across 2 sprays once this LIQUI MOLY oil and once the original ABUS lock oil. Both with 50ml filled the Liqui for 2 EUR and the ABUS for battered 10 EUR. Ultimately, I decided due to the low price of the Liqui Moly Spray of which I ordered is 2 to save shipping costs. First is to say the product is pretty handy. The oil is pressed with very high pressure from the bottle. Gehlaten to the oil hole of the lock it requires only a short spray interval to oil the lock. This stuff is so pretty productive. What still stands out is the oil at the beginning is still very fluid in order to reach as many points in the castle and the old baked-oil is blown out. Over time, however, the oil more viscous and a solid fat-like transparent film is now adheres to the moving parts. Now can the Castle optimal opening and closing, the pins of the lock can now no longer a game and move smoothly and without friction. I would even say that the castle has never been so well opened. So I can only warmly weitermpfehlen the product. Who is oil in search of a good lock and wants his castle what good do is very very good advice here.
