I paired the Tomtom with his cadence sensor. Once set, the collected data is correct. I compared the speed with my old wireless meter is equivalent.
I do a lot of cycling, because almost every day I go to work with is actually my transportation. It's really not bad at all to be able to see the route and data relating to the activity: energy expended, speed etc ... The TomTom application is not too bad, just right. So it makes you want to vary the routes. On return I enjoy taking other routes and compare.
One small regret, hence the 4 stars :) I can not quantify the energy expended in indoor sports (excluding treadmill because that's expected). I do a lot of RPM and Biking and share view heart rate in real time, it does not record the data because no displacement, damage. Maybe Tomtom can it fill the gap? The Match mode uses the watch sensors to determine the arm swing, but the bike shot indoors it can not function. Freestyle mode is for an outdoor activity with movement. The Chrono mode, well, as the name suggests is a time :)
The detection of the GPS signal is fast. Heart rate is also detected quickly. The watch is a little big on the wrist but it's still acceptable but it's not a jewel so I do not care a bit. It is well maintained on the wrist. I suppose that by using it, remove and replace the strap regularly, sweating help, the bracelet eventually wear thankfully we can change it.
Once stopped the activity, everything is automatically sent to the phone via Bluetooth, subject to having installed the application that is fine.
The watch is not perfect, there will always be things to improve for some, it is clear, but it does its job, at least in my case. After a week of use, I am satisfied. No need for a war machine to my humble athletics.
