Paid software can not be used

At the restrictive licensing policy Microsoft enough words have been lost here already. I have the software yet bought, well knowingly that I can install it on only two devices. Amazon.com and Microsoft got my money, I can not use the software because the license activation on the Microsoft Web sites for not working more than a week. Several calls to the customer service have led to nothing; I was always put off until a later date. Microsoft admits that a technical mistake on their part exists, but I can not return the unused license keys back against a refund of the purchase price and Amazon refuses categorically the purchase price for Downloads refund. With the Microsoft licensing policy treats itself paying customers as potential criminals; at the same time the company is unable to make the activation procedure reasonable.
