I bought for weather photography this tripod to add my heavy Giotto's something that even under unfavorable conditions served its purpose. For this purpose I was looking specifically for a window mount and found this. It can be easily installed, the disk is protected by Korkeinlagen at the terminals and it keeps with proper mounting absolutely reliable fixed camera. For me a 5DII + 17-40 + BG with two batteries.
