First we had the Mild Roast beans (gently roasted beans from Latin America, East Africa, Asia-Pacific) in the fully automatic: beautiful crema and full of flavor with a slightly fruity note - this is how the coffee black showed (without milk and sugar). He is so mild that I really could drink without him everything and got no problems. But for coffee drinks with milk, he is in my opinion too gentle; My husband on the other hand took the beans delicious coffee in all variations.
Next, the medium roast beans arrived (tired-brown beans from Latin America and Asia-Pazisik) in the fully automatic: here too the coffee was a nice crema. The flavor is stronger than that of Mild Roast and pleasantly balanced with a hint of nut. I found him ideal for latte macchiato - also with a piece of dark chocolate to. At the moment, these beans are my favorite because so versatile and also easy on the stomach - even with several cups a day.
At the end of the Dark Roast Beans (strongly roasted beans from Latin America and Asia-Pacific) landed in fully automatic. In our view, a serious, albeit very aromatic flavor that tasted good in combination with sugar. We found him very dominant - preferred he was in our circle of espresso drinkers.
Our favorite, however continues to be the medium of Melitta My Roast Cafe!
But the MILD ROAST tastes and going at all hours :-)
