After my disc surgery, I visited the rehab. There the focus was not in the back but in the school Faszienbehandlung. The Black Roll and the whole accessories were part of daily applications. It really helped. So I have got also a brought for treatment at home. Top product with top benefits. Where would the pharmaceutical industry are well, if any such thing would have at home. It saves annoying medication and feels pain just better ....
