I had already resorted to other supportive and friendly insoles because of pain in the heel. In my experience, these purchases have hurt worse than EHR helped. Even a prepared insert from Sanitätshaus was uncomfortable and was not helpful. Once I am back running for some time without any special insoles, I had decided on the "Foot Active COMFORT PREMIUM". Among others, since there is no "Gnubbel" could be seen in the middle of the sole (I feel as uncomfortable) and the heel is properly damped.
