Battery turns off less than 100mA at consumption

The battery on the 12-19v interface from ever after 1520 minutes, although a consumer depends on the battery and the battery is fully charged.
On request from the support of intecro came no useful answer - disappointing.

UPDATE:
When re insistence the support (this one point deduction, service is part of the product with this) then came still the explanation:

the output of 12-19V battery shuts off soon be consumed less than 100 mA.
Connect an additional Consume the USB port does not help;
you have right on 12-19V output increase consumption over 100mA ...

It would have been good to these minimum excise given in the product description - this one point deduction.

Otherwise valent battery with great adapter package.
