I was looking for some strong, long and big bag for my light kit. In my case I fit into 2x Manfrotto 1004 1x Jingbei M-1, 1x small noname light stand and a bag with 4 Speedlights, batteries, Flashbender and some reflectors (medium TriGrip + 80cm 5in1). All fit in.
I do not use a spec as holders are long enough and well made. Used material is thick and solid.
I recommend it.
