Customer Review

In the test: each 2 glasses of Blue Heaven and the DasGut.

Comparing the DasGut and the Blue Heaven for DLP 3D in 144Hz, both fulfill their purpose well. The alleged Rotblitzschwäche the DasGut I can not confirm. The image of both glasses is indistinguishable for me even with the most precise observation. Perhaps had older versions of DasGut problems with Rotblitz but my specimens separate the useful image clean from flash sync, so no amount of red spilling into the black of the image signal. The image of both brands discoloration is more greenish. But for that you can create a 3D profile with corresponding thereto color correction set on its projector.

The image quality is convincing on both brands, and low ghosting always emerges only at diagonal viewing, ie at the outer edge of the field of view of the spectacle. By turning the head so that the affected area is the focus of the field of view, any ghosting disappears on both glasses completely. This is likely the shutter technique used and be owed generally unavoidable with these glasses.

The stability is the DasGut front: Here I can still find no glitches, the Blue Heaven not creates and falls during a 90-min film 2-3 times out of synchronization, and then take a few seconds to get back to catch.

The comfort of both spectacles is uncomplicated, and the more perspective, what the Blue Heaven offers is not really needed for the screen when you half-way sensible keeps distance (in my case: 3m at 3.30m image width). That the Blue Heaven looks prettier, you can pay safely in a darkened room. However, it acts less cheap in the processing.

The battery life is currently in two glasses thick enough, but none of the instructions can be seen whether the glasses need to be fully discharged (memory effect in nickel batteries). Knowing that would have been really handy sometimes. So I unload my glasses safe side and always have a full in reserve are to avoid unnecessary load on the battery. For this course, but you need twice as many glasses as you want to use simultaneously. That would really be better; moreover free - on a tight set in the manual.

When comfort both competitors are close together: While the Blue Heaven would be rarely corrected with respect to left-right assignment, my DasGut glasses turn a partially with reversed lenses and must be inverted briefly. On the other hand this is not possible at the Blue Heaven, and if the projected time has a misfire and the eyes reversed (as happened at the Hobbit, Part 2), so must there be korriert on Beamer - when DasGut going with a fixed pressing a button on the glasses themselves, for the remote control of the projector has to be dug out without.

At a glance:
-------------

Blue Heaven:
+ Affects quality in the processing
+ Larger lenses but actually not needed
+ Does not need to be adjusted when switching on (lens exchange)
- Occasionally lose synchronization
Possible no right / left switching -

The good:
+ Works without dropouts
+ Cost half of the Blue Heaven with an identical image quality
+ Controlled left / right switchover,
- Must, however, partly in order to be corrected manually

Finally, everyone must judge for themselves whether they want to invest twice the purchase price for the rather low quality distance in terms of comfort of Blue Heaven, because if they are once in operation, provide both makes an equivalent image.
